A contracted Occupational Therapist position is available to support a K-12 school district in Eastern Colorado from January 5, 2026, through March 23, 2026. This leave replacement opportunity involves providing in-person services primarily within multiple school locations across several small communities.
Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy services to students with varying needs, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and completing related paperwork and planning. While the preference is for onsite service, limited remote support for documentation and meetings may be considered if an in-person provider is not secured by November 1st. The position typically involves a 40-hour workweek.

- Limon High School and Middle School (Limon, CO) 0 students on caseload
- Center-Based Program at Limon School District (Limon, CO) 3 students
- Limon Elementary School (Limon, CO) 8 students
- Limon Child Development Center (Limon, CO) 0 students
- Arriba/Flagler (Flagler, CO) 4 students
- Woodlin School District (Woodrow, CO) 1 student
- Genoa/Hugo School District (Hugo, CO) 2 students
- Arickaree School District (Anton, CO) 1 student
- Karval School District (Karval, CO) 1 student
Ideal candidates will be licensed Occupational Therapists with experience working in school settings, able to manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations. Strong organizational skills for coordinating paperwork and IEP meetings are essential.
This role offers a unique experience serving multiple rural communities with the opportunity to impact students across a broad geographic area. Onsite presence is required to foster direct student engagement and collaboration with school teams.
